Adapting a chart to present the current month

Hi everyone,
How can I create a chart that shows data only from the a specific chosen month?
e.g. number of reports the currently presents data from November and next month will present data from December (2023).

You mean by filter on the specific date?

An “ongoing” date, or range of dates.
I want an automatic display of the previous month.
Lets say that all of January it will present the data of December, on February of January and so on.

It is important for me to be automatic so I won’t have to filter each time at the beginning of the month
