How can I filter an analysis to use data of the past month only?

I have datasets from the last 6 months an I want to use only the datasets from the past month? How can I achieve this?
So if I show the Analysis today I want to have all datasets from october 2023 (last month).

Hi @tsch,

Correct me, you have a dataset that has 6 months of data and you wanted to show only the previous months data. If yes, please follow below steps -

step 1 - create a date filter on the visual
step 2 - select Filter Type as Relative dates, Period as Months and
Range as Previous month
step 3 - click apply, you can see only last months data!

I have three datasets year, month and day, no date field.

I got it thanks to Shravyas example.
I found another dataset with the date and could apply the filter you showed.
