I tried to add an image (.png or .jpg) to Analysis by clicking the ‘Add image’ and choosing the file from my local drive. It was added but didn’t show the image itself. Please advise.

The image likely didn’t display due to file size exceeding 1 MB or format issues (supported: BMP, JPG/JPEG, PNG, TIFF).
Image upload limits:
- You can upload a maximum of 10 images per sheet
- These images don’t count towards the 50-visual limit
- The file size limit is 1 MB

Thank you for the reply. This is exactly what I did. But it is only showing blank image. I used .png and .jpg formats. The file size is less than 1 MB.

Could you please share the image (with PII/sensitive data removed) for me to test? Also, try a different image and clear your browser cache/cookies.
