Unable to add image to the analysis

Hello,

I am trying to add an image to the analysis. I have uploaded the image to the google drive and made it public.

I tried using customize visual → I get a an error stating this URL doesn’t appear to be an image.

Also, I tried embedding the image using a text box. It still doesn’t work.

Please suggest. Thank you
