URL does not appear to be an image error

We’re trying to add this image to an Analysis and get the following error: “This URL does not appear to be an image”.

We’ve added the URL to the Custom Content, selected Show as image and sized it to Fit to width.

Hi @simplyconvert - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. Please check whether the image URL is publicly accessible or not. To embed an image URL in QuickSight, the image should be accessible publicly. Just copy the url and paste it in a new browser and check whether you are able to access it or not.
