In my QuickSight dashboard, I was using an image visualization to display a logo. Initially, it was working fine, but now it’s showing an error and the image is not rendering properly.
Error message: “This operation failed contract to support if the issue persists” (or paste the exact error if it’s different)
I haven’t made any recent changes to the image URL or the dashboard configuration. Could anyone help me understand why this is happening and how to resolve it?
Are you using custom visual content or the newer image components? If you are using the custom visual content and an S3 bucket (or something else) to host your image then you should double check the security policies around it to make sure QuickSight can access the image.
That error is not super helpful so I recommend recreating the visual and if it keeps returning that error you will probably have to create an AWS support ticket.
