Add parameter at dataset level to pass the schema name and database name

Hi Everyone,

It appears that currently there is no way to parameterize the schema name or database name at the dataset level.

For example, if I am using the same Redshift cluster for both the development and testing environments and I have partitioned the cluster into two databases: dev and QA, then to switch my report from one environment to another, I only need to change these two parameter names.

If we follow the current QS process, I would have to implement the report using the dev database, export the analyses and datasets into a template, and then manually make the schema name and database changes or use a script. After that, I can import back to the same account with the QA tag, which works.

However, this process could be made much easier if we had the option to set the schema name, database, and URL as parameters at the dataset level.
