I was wondering if anyone else in Amazon has had the problem when creating flows on quick suite, it says that I have used all of my agent hours and have to wait 30 days before I can use it again?
Is this normal or is something wrong.

Hello @nathholz, every user has a limit in terms of Agent hours per month.
Here is the information taken from the pricing page. **
What are agent hours?** Time used by AI features in Quick Research, Quick Flows, and Quick Automate.
Monthly allowances:
Professional subscribers: 2 hours each for Flows + 2 hours for Research (4 hours total)
Enterprise subscribers: 4 hours for Automate test/validate and Flows + 4 hours for Research (8 hours total)
Deployed automations in Quick Automate
Need more hours?
Professional users can upgrade to Enterprise for more included hours.
Enterprise users pay extra for additional usage in 5-minute chunks, with rates varying by agent type and runtime. Additional agent hours are $6 each for Quick Research and $3 each for Quick Flows and Quick Automate.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for your response I appreciate it, would this have to be something my manager approves for then for the upgrade?

Hi,
in this case, the admin of the account should promote you to Enterprise subscriber. This way you have more agent hours and the option to go beyond the limit by paying the extra fee.
