Hello QuickSight community,
I’m experiencing an unusual issue with my QuickSight account and would like to confirm if this is happening to others as well.
Issue Description:

I am the admin user of our master account
-
I have previously created multiple data sources and have been operating datasets built from these sources

All datasets are still visible and functioning properly
-
However, all data sources have completely disappeared from the “Data sources” tab
-
The interface shows “Create your first data source and find it here” as if no data sources exist
Current Situation:
-
Account role: Master account admin
-
Datasets: Visible and working
-
Data sources: Not visible at all (despite being used by existing datasets)
Since the datasets that depend on these data sources are still functioning normally, I suspect this might be a UI bug or permission-related issue rather than actual data loss.
Questions:

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Is this a known bug in the current version?

Are there any troubleshooting steps I should try?
I’ve attached screenshots showing the empty data sources view. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
