Hello, I’m currently working on embedding my Q in Quick Sight Generative Q&A feature onto my custom application for business intelligence purpose. For my requirement, I embed a single horizontal bar where the user can ask questions and Q returns an iframed response. The feature works beautifully.
However, I noticed recently that, the embedded search bar disappears whenever I close the query window or click anywhere else in the web page. Interestingly enough, I have worked on it for some time and it never occurred to me that this was an issue which leads me to believe this is recent.
I also noticed this issue occurring in a variety of DemoCentral dashboards.

How to replicate:
- Open any of the pages and type in/select a question in the embedded bar.
- Let Q for Quicksight do its thing and close the embedded UI.
- Notice the Search Bar then disappears.
