Q search bar with dashboard

While publishing dashboard, there is option to link topic with dashboard and set QnA option. Now this dashboard is having QnA option on top.

When we open this dashboard via embedded then QnA option is not available. Shouldn’t this come?

Or only option is to have separate embedding for Q bar on top of dashboard embedding?
