Auto log out when session expired

Readers are complaining about constantly seeing the “session expired” message.
I have instructed them to try two methods:
Method 1: Refresh the browser.
Method 2: Click the “here” button to log out, then use the provided link to log in again.

However, users are not satisfied with this.
Question: Is there any way to prevent this window from appearing — for example, by automatically logging out when the session expires? Since we are using SSO, logging in again would be easier.

Hi @chanhlm,

I understand where you’re coming from regarding the frustrations with how the session expirations are handled. To my understanding, there is currently no feature that allows you to change the expiration options.

I agree that this would be nice to have more user control over so I’ll mark this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team.
