I just wanted to know if we can deploy the agents we build in quick suite in the aws marketplace via api deployment

No, Quick Suite agents cannot be directly deployed to the AWS Marketplace via API.
Quick Suite agents are designed for internal BI workflows, not for direct export or listing as standalone products on AWS Marketplace.
