Chat agents, AI tools not available in myquicksuite with amazonbin account

Hello,

I am amazonbi user as amazon employee. and have many my own dashboards for operations. I am part of “qs-user-global-it-author” group for Author Pro permissions,
problem is, I cannot see AI tools in my quick suite like chat agents, Spaces, flow etc as other can with same job level.
I tried with changing region, browser as well but nothing works
I attached screenshot as well for better understandings.
can any one please guide me what I need do to get these AI tools in quick suite.

I’ll include some information regarding activation/setup below but ultimately these features would have to be activated in your account for you to utilize them. As you mentioned you are an amazon employee, I would suggest reaching out within to an account admin who would have the ability to activate this for you (or explain further why it is currently deactivated).
As the community is more of a public facing forum, we would not have access to private accounts to assist with matters of this type.

  • I have tried different ways, like creating ticket for internal amzonbi account, which was closed with not correct CTI.

  • asked my manager with removing and adding back to above mentioned groups….

  • My Quriosity (learning Platform) was was deactivated…. which was activated again by Learning, I did this because all other same level who have these facilities, all of them have active Quriosity.

  • It could be whole of our FC have these with L3+ so its activated for me as well

As this topic is in reference to access around the agentic AI features and we as public users do not have access to private accounts or permissions, we will be unable to assist further. It sounds like the features have been shut off throughout your account, which would need to be reactivated for you to gain access. Please continue to reach out internally to understand further why this access has been shut off.
