I am using Qucksuite through root account “amazonbi”. I have created multiple agents for my team through this account under my alias iamsoumd@. How to track the usage of those agents to generate business metrics. Example: How many users are using my agent daily? What are the daily average queries? Also curious to know if I can take user feedback about the agent through Quicksuite itself.

Hi @Xclipse @Deep Thanks for the clarity. In that case how I can check who is the IAM administrator for “amazonbi” account? Also, in QuickSight dashboard we have a feature to subscribe for weekly email update on dashboard metrics. Can we enable same feature at least for all Agent creator in QuickSite? It would be helpful.

I recommend checking with your manager to find the IAM/Quick Suite administrator, as this is a community forum managed by users and we don’t have access to private account details.
Currently, only the Quick Suite administrator can access the Quick analytics dashboard. It cannot be shared with other users or subscribed to for email updates.
I will mark this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team.
