I have built a chat agent in QuickSuite and launched the agent to my internal business partners. Where/how can I see usage stats, such as % adoption, question types, use frequency, etc?

Unfortunately, that type of information is not available to view with chat agents. I will say it would be neat to have those stats similarly to what topics has.
I will leave the ‘feature-request’ tag attached to this post and that can help increase visibility to the Quick Team.
