Chat-Agent - Get information about agent usage statistics

Is there any way on how to get information about agent usage statistics. I don’t see that option in a chat agent I’ve created.

Yes, there are ways to view usage statistics for your Quick Suite chat agent. However, these metrics are not currently visible directly within the chat agent builder UI. Instead, they are accessible through the Quick Suite admin/analytics experience.

Currently, only the Quick Suite administrator can access the Quick analytics dashboard. This dashboard cannot be shared with other users or subscribed to for email notifications.

I will raise this as a feature request so that the support and product teams can consider improving visibility for non‑admin users.
