Chat agent for non-Pro Readers

Hi!

As a Quick Admin on eu-west-1 region I want to create custom chat agent that will be shared with Reader (not Reader-Pro) users. Unfortunately I cannot find any mention in Quick documentation of availability of chat agent for non-Pro Readers.

Could you please tell me if non-Pro Readers will be able to chat with custom chat agent? Also will using chat agent generate billing?

There are a few different factors when it comes to the pricing structure and what each role has the capabilities of.
There are separate pricing structures setup for overall Quick pricing, or simply just the BI capabilities (non Agentic AI features).
In regards to Reader roles, ‘Reader Pro’ is required for the ability to access AI features, including custom chat agents.
There can be additional charges based on consumption with the Agentic AI features as well.
