Analyze the chat agent history

Is it possible to analyze the chat agent history in Cloudtrail or similar?

Hi @Kristin,
As of now, API calls are not operable for the new Agentic AI features; therefore, I do not believe it’s currently possible to gather this information through CloudTrail. Currently, you can view the last 30 days of a chat agent’s history through the UI but to the best of my knowledge, that is the full extent of history you can access.
As these features are in the early stages of implementation, I believe that API actions will be made available down the road so that this will eventually be possible!

As a side note though, within the ‘Manage Quick Suite’ section of the UI, down towards the bottom there is an ‘Analytics’ section; select the ‘Quick Suite Usage Metrics’ and within that, you’ll be able to see some aspects of your chat agent history including conversation and query count, reasons for ‘thumbs down’ responses, unanswered queries and others.
