Is there a way to remove “duplicates”?
The output I need is: EMEA;Americas.

you could use that column as a group by level within a LAC Using level-aware calculations in Amazon QuickSight - Amazon QuickSight

Or do you want to use that column differently? If this doesn’t help you maybe you could provide some screenshots.
