hi.. i want to create calculated field with count of alphanumeric Id’s for example S001,S002 and display it in another visual in same sheet, and when applied analysis filter it should display the count changed dynamically.

You need to use a distinct_count on the IDs. To calculate the difference between the count with the applied filters versus the count without, you should create parameters. Then, you can calculate the count with the filters (where the parameter value matches the data) versus the count without.
