I created an app and granted access to my team but they are getting an “access not configured” error message, how do i fix this?

The most common cause of this is that sharing the app itself does not automatically share the resources the app depends on. In quick, the app and the things it connects to (action connectors or integrations, any knowledge base, and the underlying data source) are governed by separate permissions, so when your team opens the app they hit an access error because they were never granted access to those underlying pieces. The fix is to share each dependency with the same team, not just the app.
A couple of other things worth confirming, make sure the app is published rather than left as a draft, since only published apps can be shared, and if a teammate set up their own separate connector, note that the app points to a specific connector instance, so it needs to be the one the app actually references.
