Change AM/PM format of date filter to 24H format

Hello,

we use a parameter that directly speaks to a user-definied query via direct query in QuickSight.
This parameter filters on a specific date between two timestamp columns.
The parameter has been set to the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm.
However, when displaying the filter control in the control panel, the filter looks like this:

The AM/PM control should not be there. We expect to be there a 24H selection option.
