In the image, I want to move the first row to be the last row and keep the rest of the rows in the same order. In other words, just move the first row (Total) to be the last row without changing rest of the table.

Using a table or a pivot table you don’t need to load the total in the raw data. In QuickSight tables you have the option to calculate “totals” (table and pivot tables) and “subtotals” (only in pivot tables) and they are added at the top/bottom of the table as you decide.
