Change value percentage format in custom insight

Hello, although I already changed its format to percent but it’s still the same. I want it like 4.23% instead of 0.42345323423

hi @thecuon119,

when you specify the value in insight narrative, are you using ‘formattedValue’ for the value ? if you use ‘value’, it shows non-formatted value.

Hello @thecuon119, are you still having issues with the displayed values in your insight? If so did you discover any new information in your debugging process?

Otherwise, if you were able to resolve it, do you mind commenting with the steps you took to resolve the issue?
