Chat Agent Reporting

Hi All, I build a Chat Agent in Quick and would like to see following data points:

  • User engagement metrics - Total users, active users, session counts

  • Usage patterns - Peak usage times, query volumes

  • Adoption trends - New users over time, retention rates

  • Popular features - Most used capabilities

  • CloudWatch dashboard access - For real-time monitoring

Anyone knows how I can get this information or a Dashboard for my Chat Agent?

As this is a public user forum, we would not have access or information regarding your private account. If you need access to a dashboard or data relating to your organization, I would suggest reaching out to an internal team member that would have access or to your account’s admin!

You can find the various engagement metrics on the admin console dashboard. To access the metrics you would need Admin Pro role.
