Code Indexing in QuickSuite

We are from the physical stores org and we wanted to build an org level knowledge base which can answer technical as well as business questions that need org specific context. Last year, we built a system which automatically indexes quip documents, wikis and code repos everyday and keeps a s3 knowledge source up-to date, which is then synced with a bedrock knowledge base. This knowledge base was exposed through a harmony dashboard which users could use to chat with the KB. Now with quicksuite launched, we simply created an agent in QuickSuite which has these s3 buckets as its back-end.

I wanted to understand if QuickSuite had plans to have code indexing feature since it currently only indexes Wikis? Since if that can be done, then teams or orgs can simply use QuickSuite directly and don’t need their own knowledge repos

Hi @skkorlah and welcome to the Quick Community!
Thank you for your post along and information about your use case, as well as bringing this to attention.
As the community is a public facing forum, we would have no background information on what the current roadmap consists of, however I will mark this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team.

Thank you

@Brett Thank you for the response. Is there a timeframe by when I can get a response for this feature request? Or some kind of office hours where this can be discussed?

Hi @skkorlah,
As AWS does not disclose information regarding their current roadmap, I would be unable to provide any type of timeframe on when this may be considered. Additionally, as I am not an AWS employee, I would be unaware of whether or not they offered office hours of any type.
If you are an internal team member, I would suggest reaching out internally to potentially receive additional information.
