Connect Adobe Analytics as a SaaS data source in Quick

Hi all,
I’m trying to set up an Adobe Analytics data source connection in QuickSight (via the SaaS connector). I’ve created the data source but when I try to create a dataset and select a table, I get the below error (screenshot). The schema is set to “Global” and no tables are loading.
Has anyone successfully connected Adobe Analytics to QuickSight? If so, I’d appreciate any guidance on:

  • What API endpoint/URL format you used during setup
  • Any specific credentials configuration (OAuth vs. API key)
  • Whether there are known network/firewall requirements
  • Any known limitations with the Adobe SaaS connector in particular

I’m a QS admin on the account but can’t view the original connection parameters after creation, so I’m trying to determine if this is a config issue or a service availability issue.

Hi @saljain,

Nice to see you back in the Quick Community! I’m not sure if it offers the same capability as other data sources like Redshift, but for your Adobe data source on Quick, can you check if there’s an ellipsis (three-dot button) on the right-hand side? If so, it should show you the credentials for it and let you see whether it’s validated.

I believe I’ve encountered a similar error before, and if that’s the case here, this issue could potentially be related to Adobe-side permissions or configuration.
