Hey, Why is there no Data Source connectivity for Quick Apps like Quick Dashboard, I have built multiple apps but the main bottleneck is the direct dataset access like connecting your S3 or accessing your Data Lakes and many more.

The Apps feature is still in preview so while it may not be possible today, it may be possible in the feature as the Quick team continues to roll out updates. One workaround I have found is that I can attach a dataset to a space and then you are able to connect the space directly to the App you are developing. Because apps are able to connect to spaces, it was able to connect directly to my dataset. While I have not personally tested it, I believe a data source should operate in the same way. Unsure why this route works but like I said, the apps feature is still in preview.
