Creating quicksight dashboards using AWS CLI

I am completely new to any of the programming languages.

I tried to check the documentation Getting started with the AWS CLI - AWS Command Line Interface but cant understand anything.

I have a quicksight account but need to understand exactly what permissions to set up

I have till now created dashboards using UI and athena datasets. Now want to automate it using CLI. Can someone please refer me to a step by step video tutorial that might help me set up my access initial permissions and then help me out with dummy codes?
