Is there a way to custom sort a legend?
Currently, I can only sort it alphabetically but would like to have a custom sort where I can have the coloured lines appear first in the legend before the greyed out ones. See the attached screenshot below.
What type of visual is this?
You can sort your colors based on any field if it’s a certain visual. You would just create your custom ordering in a calculated field and then sort on it.
This is for a line chart. There are too many lines to clearly depict using the legend so I wanted to have the top 6 coloured and the rest greyed out. How would you make a calculated field to sort for the legend? Ideally, having the coloured lines appearing at the top of the legend.
