How are we able to revert the view of our dashboards to the previous version visually. There was an update in the last few months and a member of our management team is asking to see how to change it back to the old style and mentioned he had done it before?

Hi @Taylor_Bedard and welcome to the QuickSight community!
While QuickSight switched over to the ‘New Look’ last November, the ‘old look’ was kept as an alternate option while users were able to get acclimated to the new version. I saw on a recent community post that stated the ‘old look’ is no longer being supported and has been removed so this can no longer be done.
