Not able to switch back from Old Look to New Look in Quick Sight

Hello All,

I am facing an issue regarding New Look of Quick Sight Dashboard or Analysis. I am not able to switch back from old look to new look of quick Sight.

What happens when you click the “New Look” drop down? do you see the “Try new look” option ?
If yes, what happens when you click on “Try new look” ?

What browser/browser version are you using? Have you tried same on a different browser?

Are any of your colleagues experiencing same or is this isolated to you?

Yes my other collegues and clients are also facing same issue .

Once u switch from new look to old look there is no option to go to new look again.

I have tried this on Edge , Chrome

I am unable to replicate the issue on my end.

I will suggest clearing your cache and cookies and trying again.

If the issue still persist, kindly open a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.

If the issue persists please create a support ticket as that shouldn’t be the case. I tried in my account and was not able to replicate either.
