I have a output table as bellow

|CareerAppointment|count|studentTot|Propotinate|
|TotalAppointment|All Student|Type A|(Type A/ All Student)%|
|Unique Student|Distinct Student|Distict TypeA|(Distict TypeA/ Distinct Student)%|

so i need to know what should be the data source for getting above pivot table output
