Datasets getting Failed

Hi Team,

I am facing Data Source connection issue-Datasets refresh gets failed. We have a data source connected from Quicksight to Redshift. Also, Unable to connect the new data source from Redshift.

CONNECTION_FAILURE

Amazon QuickSight can’t connect to your data source. Check the data source connection settings and try again.

Error details:

Pipeline retry loop exhausted, Original exception details: Connection failure during Unload. Original Exception ErrorCode: 0, SQLState: 08001, ErrorMessage: Connection attempt timed out.
