I just started working on React, I have to embed the Quicksight Dashboard in my React application, in both ways, like Embed Dashboard as well as Embed Quicksight Console, I dont see a proper example to do this, can you please guide me or refer an article which I can refer for dashboard embedding.

Please use the below link to get familiar with the steps and apis required to embed dashboard/ console.
The examples in the above link uses the version 1 of the javascript (browser side) embedding SDK. But you can use the version 2
The links for version 1 and 2 above will explain all the options available. We recommend you to use the version 2 in your React application.
