Embedded Dashboard - Generate PDF - Anonymous

Hi All,

I’m having issues generating PDF’s from embedded dashboards that have been made public. I have the print options enabled via the URL parameter and can see the option to generate PDF however unless i’m logged into QuickSight i get an error message.

This was discussed in the post below and a ticket was raised but the function was neither fixed or removed.

Has anyone had any luck getting this to work for anonymous dashboards?

Still no luck. I would look to raise a support ticket internally to see if you can get any update / progress.

Here are the steps to open a support case . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
