Error embedding console: [No subject alternative DNS name matching ...]

Hi,
Starting yesterday, when I try to embed the QuickSight console I get the following error:

Unable to execute HTTP request: No subject alternative DNS name matching quicksight.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com found.

This has been working for months and there is no code change or environment update. Currently happening in different AWS accounts where we have deployed our solution.

Anyone with this issue? Any workaround you can think of?

Thank you for your quick response. Case ID 13449700421 already created for this issue.
After deep analysis on our side, we’ve seen that this is only happening in eu-west-1 region accounts. In us-east-1 region accounts works fine.

Analyzing the root cause, it seems to be a DNS update on your side for QuickSight in eu-west-1 region at least. The url subdomain returned is not included in the list of Subject Alternative Names of the certificate associated to the url. We think that could be the root cause of the issue. Just trying to help others having this same issue.
