Error while publishing my analyses: The application ran into an unexpected error

Hi,
Getting below mentioned error while trying to publish my analyses.
Using Chrome. Tried in a different browser (firefox), nothing seems to work.

I am the owner of the analyses and the associated dataset as well.

Can someone please help fix this?

Thank you for letting us know. Some things you can try to see if it related to the Analysis itself is to create a copy of the Analysis using the File/Save as menu and see if you get any errors or if you can publish the new copy correctly.

I would also recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.

Hi @Muhammad_Yaseen, Just small suggestion some time what happened even if the dataset owner analysis owner you have if you don’t have the Data source owner then you can get this error.

Note - Please check once the data source access you have or not. If you have the data source access and get this error then as mentioned by @andres007 you can raise a support ticket.

Thanks for the input issue is now resolved and it was due to some glitch in services of QS and that must be taken care and investigated by the support team for the smooth operations and have no impact on the business of any user.
