This issue is specific to one of my dashboard sheets. For other sheets i can see 2026 data but for this particular sheet i cant see 2026 data post publishing. I can see 2026 Wk2, wk3 data in my analysis, but when i publish it, it just says no data.
Hi @GGupta ,
That is a weird bug you are experiencing. Have you tried republishing the analyses? Or you can do a refresh of your data and then republish the analyses?
It’s an interesting instance because the data is properly showing in the analyses. If those two options do not work, then I would recommend submitting a support ticket and the support team will be able to further investigate what may be causing this. Refer to this resource on now to submit a support ticket (Case management - AWS Support).
I published the analysis to new dashboard, it does not have any errors. but the errors a re still in old dashboard. but only issues witht his is that, old dashbaord has been shared with everyone else, now i would need to share new anaylsis
Hi @GGupta ,
So just to make sure I understand, when you republish your analyses and replace your initial dashboard, it still includes the errors. But if you publish the analyses as a new dashboard then in the new dashboard there are no errors?
yes and now I have nailed down the issue to one particular sheet. So i republished new dashboard as V1. Now i did some further changes in analysis, in multiple sheets. all changes are reflecting when publish as V2. except changes done in one particular sheet. Changes done in that sheet is not reflecting in published version.
Hi @GGupta ,
That is a weird bug that you are experiencing. If you are still experiencing problems on your dashboard not reflecting all the changes you have made in your analyses, then I would recommend submitting a support ticket.
