I’m having an issue with one of my analyses under the internal shared account. When I make changes and publish it to the existing dashboard, those changes do not appear for me - both when automatically redirected after the publish, and when I go to the website directly. However, they do appear for other users! Restarting my computer and doing a “hard refresh” (Ctrl+F5) of the page did not resolve the issue. I asked on a Slack channel and one other person was having the same issue. They had not resolved the issue or found a workaround, so I’m posting here. Please let me know if you need any more information.

This is likely a caching issue in your browser. Try either clearing cache/cookies or open an incognito window and try again.

Hi Xclipse, thanks for your reply. I found a different fix last night - hovering over the affected visual, clicking “Customize”, and then clicking “Reset visual” caused the missing columns to appear, and I’m once again able to see changes as soon as they’re published. Unfortunately I’m not able to test clearing my browser cache since the issue has been resolved.
