I am unable to publish my Dash

I am unable to publish my dashboard at the moment due to the following message: "Some datasets are being refreshed. The datasets listed below have been newly created or edited and are currently being imported. Please wait until the data import process finishes.

  • 2024 2023 AE.xlsx
  • 20242023 AE DATA+1.xlsx
  • 20242023 AE DATA.xlsx
  • 2023 AE.xlsx
  • PH New file for Quicksight 2023+2024 1.xlsx
  • 2023 AE.xlsx"

I have also noticed that it is mentioned as an analysis pop instead of a dashboard i refresh and close the page too many times I’ll also add the link . I urgently need your support in this matter please note also I’m the owner. Thank you.

Can you switch to your datasets and look if they are in an import state?

How often are they refreshed?

I’ve attempted to refresh them multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I believe I have deleted them from the dataset since I thought I will not use them and I can do this. I’m not entirely sure why this is happening, but all the documents have been imported and are accurately reflecting the data.

I was not sure if your issue still remains.

Can you create a new analysis and see if quicksight can load the data that is (maybe) deleted?
If you deleted the dataset. You can create the datasets again and replace them in your analysis.
