Is there a way or can we have a feature to include selected filters when someone exports data from a visual? For example, selected date range, dimension selections,etc.

Just want to make sure I understand your request correctly; When you ask about ‘including selected filters’ when exporting; are you asking if it’s possible to include the values that have been selected in your filter(s) to be in the export as well?
So for instance, if you have a date range selection of October to date, your export file would also say ‘10/1/25-10/12/2025?
If that’s what you are referencing, there’s no great out of the box way to capture selected filter values without the use of a parameter.
You could setup your filters as parameters and then in the subtitle section, you can include the parameter value (which will show which value has been selected). One thing to note with this though, when using a multi-value select parameter; if you select more than 2 values I believe, it will list the two values and then incorporate the rest of the selected values into ‘and Others’.
So for instance, if you have a Country parameter and select Canada, Mexico and United States. It may show up as ‘Canada, Mexico and Others’.

Thanks Brett, this would be a great workaround if it didn’t cut off after 2 choices. I would still like to have my original as a feature request.
