Export to csv more details

Hi
I am trying to export my visual with some custom update,

1. I want to add name of Exporter / User who login
2. I want to add Todays date and Title of report
3. I want to add some static text
4. I wanted to add Added filter values
   eg,
   
   
   
   or
   in sheet additional column also fine
