I have a excel file which I uploaded as dataset. It is connected to an analysis which is published to a dashboard. However under the “Usage” section, I only see it linked to an analysis. The dashboard count shows 0. I confirmed that the dataset is connected to the dashboard. Does anyone know why?
I would suggest opening up a support case so that AWS can look into it.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
