Exclude absolute date selection from date filter

I want to exclude from the user the possibility to pick absolute dates and have only the relative enabled. Is this something that can be done?

I want for security reasons the user to be able to select only year and month. So

  1. not to be able to select absolute date
  2. not to be able to select last one/two/three days for example

Hi @pantelis,

QuickSight does not allow the ability to pick which date options you may present to your users. If you’d like to only allow your users to select year and month, you would need to create separate string parameters that link up to your date field with calc. fields.

I will mark this as a feature request for additional date filtering options to promote visibility to the support team.
