Export options no longer appearing in embedded parameterised dashboard

Hi,

As of yesterday (or any time after Friday as I only discovered this yesterday), we are no longer receiving the export options for the entire dashboard in embedded dashboards, for dashboards that use an integer parameter in the dataset.

Our embedded dashboards that use datasets without a dataset integer parameter still show the export options (Print, generate PDF). Even older dashboards with integer dataset parameters that haven’t been changed in months no longer display the export options when they did previously.

It is occurring in both of our Quick Sight accounts, which are in the eu-west-1 region.

If this is still happening, I would suggest creating an AWS support ticket to flag this up to them.

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
