When a parameter is passed in the URL (e.g., #p.id=), the export (print and generate pdf) options aren’t available whereas when opening and filtering within the dashboard the export options are available.
Any ideas what needs to be changed so the export options are always available?

I haven’t been able to replicate this behaviour in my environment. Passing through a parameter in the URL shouldn’t disable the export options. Can you confirm if this behaviour happens only in this one dashboard or if it is happening in all dashboards within your account?

I have checked a number of other dashboards and the same thing occurs, when a parameter is appended to the end of the dashboard URL, the export options are no longer available.
