I have a KPI comparing current month debt to prior month debt. Is there anyway to flip the 82% to be red instead as it’s unfavorable to have a larger outstanding debt?

Hope everything is well! You can change the color of the text and arrow indicator by going to the Properties section of the visual and scrolling all the way down to ‘Conditional formatting’. This is what you should see when accessing it:
