I’m trying to build a flow that runs when the user EITHER uploads a doc OR enters text. I’ve created a reasoning group with two steps (upload and free text) and provided instructions to run when the user either uploads a doc or enters text. But I can’t get it to work. The chat agent keeps recommending that the user upload the doc via chat but that’s not possible in the flow UI. Any ideas? I’m stuck!

Welcome to the Quick Community! Just so I can fully understand the problem, what application are you trying to upload to? Unless you are using a specific integration that has uploading capabilities, I do not believe it is currently possible to generally upload using Flows. Please feel free to let me know whenever you can!

As of right now, I do not think it is possible to have ‘Or’ logic for uploading docs or entering text for flows. You can try to build the logic into the prompts have the two steps in a reasoning group, but I will admit that I have not tried that
